What is a vApp

The Cloud IaaS platform makes use of vApps to manage virtual servers. A vApp is essentially a container, which can include a single or multiple virtual servers.

These can be powered on or off as a group, and can be utilised to deploy a pre-configured environment, for example an Active Directory server and a Remote Desktop server together, or a linux web server and proxy server.
