What is the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Office 365 Services?

As Office 365 is delivered by Microsoft directly - please refer to the Microsoft Office 365 Service Level Agreement document provided by the vendor.

In the event of an SLA incident related rebate being issued by the vendor, we will pass through a subsequent rebate to our partner(s), with the expectation that further rebate be issued to the end user of the service.
