If your customer has forgotten their Portal password, they can reset it by clicking Forgot Password at the portal login screen. This will send a single use reset link to the registered email on their account.
If, for any reason, they are unable to complete this, or you need to forcibly reset the customer's password, you can do so by logging in to Portal, selecting the Customers tab and clicking Edit for the desired user. At the bottom of the edit details page you will find a text box for Reset Password.
Enter the desired new password here, keeping in mind it must be 8 characters minimum and we recommend using a mix of upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters. Once entered, click Save Details and the user's password will be reset.
