Setting the retail monthly fee on a service

Step 1.

Click the Customers tab

 

Step 2.

Click Customer account list on the sub-menu

 

Step 3.

Locate the customer for which you wish to change the retail service change, then click the Re-billing button

 

 

 

 

Step 4.

Click the Monthly Fees tab

 

Step 5.

Each of the customers services are listed in the table.  Set the retail base monthly fee for each service in this column as desired.  The default value is the SRP from the Pricebook.

 

Step 6.

For services with per-user monthly fees, for example MyCloud Desktop or Office 365, you can specify a per-user retail monthly fee here.

 

 

When you're finished making changes, click the Save Settings button.  Your new retail rates will take effect as of the next billing run after the change.
