Obtaining a list of call recordings (REST API)

Overview

Call recording records can be obtained via a GET request to the REST web services API.   Data from this endpoint is returned in CSV format and includes a download URL for the MP3 file associated with each recording. 

Sample Query

https://voip.neural.net.au:15000/get/recordings&user=USERNAME&pass=PASSWORD

Optionally, fields may also be sent in an HTTP POST request instead of GET

Identifies whether the recording was on an inbound or outbound call.  0 = Outbound, 1 = Inbound.

Processed

Indicates whether the recording has been processed and is ready for download.  1 = Ready, 0 = Not Ready.  Generally recordings are available within a few seconds of the call completion.

Downloaded

Integer

Indicates whether the recording has been downloaded previously.  1 = Yes, 2 = No

Duration

Integer

120 Duration of the recording in seconds

Source Caller ID
