Retrieve Greetings and MoH Files

In some cases, you may wish to download the copies of your greeting files or music on hold track from the PBX for your records.

Before following the below, please open the PBXaaS management page as per the following: http://support.neural.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/200598895-PBX-as-a-Service-Configuration

Greetings

1. Select System

2. Select Sound Files

3.  Select the starting letter of your greeting (for IVRs, choose G for 'greeting', select Q for queue greetings, etc)

4. Select your file type (this will normally be alaw)

5. Tick the checkbox corresponding to the file you wish to download (one at a time)

6. Click the Download button. Your file will be downloaded to your browser's default download folder.

 

Music on Hold

 

1. Select System

2. Select Music on Hold

3. Click on the file name of the track you wish to retrieve. Your file will be downloaded to your browser's default download folder.

 

Once downloaded, the audio files can be played back using a media player like VLC, or edited through Audacity by using File > Import > RAW then selecting Alaw at 8000Hz
