Example NTP Configuration for Ubuntu 12.04

This configuration is provided as an example only.  You should consider whether this configuration is appropriate and secure for your system before use.  

 

We strongly recommend that you ensure there is strong firewall configuration on your server to protect against DNS amplification attacks.
