If you are experiencing issues with your cPanel email, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Login to your cPanel account (see this article for login instructions) and verify that you have not run out of disk space. You can quickly check this using the bars on the left. If your disk space is full, delete some old emails or contact our sales team to upgrade your hosting package.
2. Ensure your mail records are correct by clicking MX Entry under the Mail subsection. Ensure that you've selected Automatically Detect or Local Mail Exchanger if you're hosting your email on cPanel.
