2014 Embargo Period - Technical Advisory

Due to the upcoming Christmas Embargo period, we will be unable to provision any new connectivity services (ADSL, NBN, EoC, EFM, etc.) from Friday the 12th of December, until Monday 12th January. This is a national embargo covering all carriers including Telstra, Optus, AAPT, iiNet, etc. Phone number porting into Neural may also be affected by the embargo.
If you have orders to submit for these kinds of services, we recommend submitting them within the next week to ensure ample time is allowed for provisioning before the start of the embargo period. Any orders submitted during the embargo period will be processed in mid-January.
