I didn't receive my invoice this month

Firstly, please check your spam filter.  Sometimes our automated invoice e-mails can be incorrectly picked up as spam.  We recommend adding accounts@neural.com.au to your e-mail white list.


If you've confirmed your invoice hasn't been caught in your spam filter, please contact accounts immediately.  We'll happily re-send it to you and confirm the details we have on file.


Invoices are available in portal:

Did you know you can view and download your current and previous invoices in portal?  Just browse to https://portal.neural.net.au and select My Account.
