Issues dialling voicemail from Cisco phones

To correct this issue you will need to change some configuration in the phones web interface:

The "Dial Plan" field needs to be changed to "(x.|*x.)" - the existing contents of the field should be removed.

After changing this field click "Submit all changes" and the phone will reboot.

 

After this the phone will be able to dial voicemail.
