Recording Outbound Calls

Outbound call recording is configured on a per-device basis.

To enable recording of inbound calls to a number:

  1. Log in to the VoIP Commander webApp.
  2. Click the Devices Tab
  3. Locate the device for which you would like the outbound call recorded and click the Edit button
  4. Tick the Record Outbound Calls box
  5. Click Save

 

Changes to this setting can take up to 15 minutes to take effect.

 

Calls will now be recorded and will be available on the Logs tab in VoIP Commander.
