Issues porting from 3rd party carriers

Under Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regulations, all Australian carriers are required to partake in the Local Number Portability (LNP) scheme.  In the event that a 3rd party carrier is preventing you from porting your number(s) to Neural, they may be in breach of these regulations.
